Designed for the way kitchens look, feel and function: discover the latest additions to the Mercer product line-up
Thoughtful design is often found in the details—the finish of a pullout mixer, the proportions of a sink, or the way a workspace supports the rhythm of everyday life.
Mercer continues to evolve with a considered and intentional range of new releases across its sinks and tapware ranges. From the introduction of a new Gunmetal colour to the Central Workstation Series (CWS) to three distinctive new mixer tap ranges and a new addition to the Urban Series, each update brings greater choice, functionality and design versatility to New Zealand kitchens.
The Central Workstation Re-imagined in Gunmetal
Mercer - Central Workstation (Gunmetal)
The Mercer Central Workstation has been designed around the way a kitchen is used, bringing preparation, rinsing and draining together within one streamlined space.
Following the strong response to the Central Workstation’s initial release with it’s Stainless colour, the full series has been re-imagined and now also available in Gunmetal—a sophisticated finish that gives this functional design a more contemporary side and something to accommodate an even wider audience. The new colour addition expands the Central Workstation series to two colour options across four different styles.
Each workstation includes a compact HPL chopping board, colander and roller mat, designed to sit neatly along the integrated accessory ledge of the larger sinks. Together, these elements help create an efficient working zone without compromising the overall look of the kitchen.

Three Distinctive New Mixer Ranges
Mercer - Seville (Brass)
Cologne, Seville and Prague ranges are the latest additions to the Mercer Mixer Series, each bringing its own character to the collection.
Prague and Seville feature a textured detailing, offering a tactile point of difference and a distinctive presence within the kitchen. Cologne takes a more understated approach, with seamless lines and an easy-to-maintain design suited to everyday living.
With these new releases, the Mercer tapware collection now includes six ranges across five colourways: Stainless, Gunmetal, Black, Copper and Brass. The result is a broader material palette of forms and finishes, making it easier to find a mixer that complements both the practical and visual direction of a space.

Larger, more functional addition to the Urban range
Completing the latest releases is the Mercer UBD4023.41, a new bowl-and-a-half sink with an integrated drainer.
Introduced in response to market feedback, the design features a generous 400 × 410 mm main bowl and provides the added practicality of a secondary bowl and draining area. Its considered proportions offer greater everyday functionality while retaining the clean, straightforward design associated with the Urban Series.
Designed specifically for the New Zealand market, the UBD4023.41 rounds out the stainless steel collection with a versatile option suited to a wide variety of kitchens.
