Award-winning designer Melanie Sa’u creates an inviting interior anchored by the warmth and texture of Bavarian Oak.

2 min read

This thoughtfully considered renovation by award-winning designer, Melanie Sa'u, uses our Prime Melamine - Bavarian Oak in Timberland Finish that places a richly layered bar at the centre of the home, envisioned as a natural gathering point for the art-loving, style-driven clients. A refined interplay of light and dark timbers, brushed bronze accents, and a bold titanium gold benchtop creates a moody, sculptural setting - designed for connection.

From the bar, the home transitions seamlessly to a dramatic fireplace feature, enveloped in deep woodgrain finishes and Viola tiles. This space introduces warmth and grounding, offering a quiet luxury that complements the richness of the bar while carrying its depth and atmosphere throughout the home.

Together, these spaces form a cohesive reflection of the clients’ personalities - considered, expressive, and rich with character - elevating everyday living through moments of intimacy and enduring beauty.
