Dezignatek Extends the Mirage Panels Range with a Full-Height Solution

Our Mirage Panels here at Dezignatek have been part of the popular Thermoform range for a while now, with clients loving the flexibility that have in carrying colour beyond doors and drawer fronts into larger areas of interior joinery.

Now, the range has been extended to include full-height panels up to 3000mm high, giving designers the freedom to create taller cabinetry without a join in sight. 

Full-Height Seamless Panels

In a high-stud kitchen or full-height wardrobe, a horizontal join becomes part of the visual story, whether you intended it to or not. With larger Mirage Panels now available (3000mm high and 1200mm wide), designs are no longer restricted by the dimensions of standard panels and can create generously proportioned units to suit the space.

The double-sided HMR E0 MDF construction meets the approval of joiners too, with fewer separate sections to prepare, which means less time spent aligning and fitting pieces on site. Quicker installation, exceptional results.

Colour-Matched Cabinetry Across the Dezignatek Range

These new, extended Mirage Panels are colour-matched with our other Thermoform doors and panels, and come in 36 colours to allow designers to flex their creativity.

A kitchen island can be wrapped in the same colour as the surrounding doors, or a full-height wardrobe can carry one finish from the fronts to the side panels, without introducing a second material or tone. 

There’s also room to use the range more intentionally. Complement the woody tones of Tahoe Walnut drawers with moody Atmoss cabinets, or go dramatic, pairing Prague door fronts within a Mirage Panel cabinet in the same colourway to introduce layers of texture. We particularly like the example used in this City Sleek case study we put together, using textured near-black Carbonite panels.  

Refined Edging for Full-Height Joinery

Our Mirage Panels can also be finished with laser-clashed edging, giving the perimeter a finer, more integrated appearance. Rather than drawing attention to the edge, the finish keeps the focus on the surface itself.

It’s a small detail, but one that a discerning eye will notice, particularly on larger panels.
